The secure election is the solution. Something the left does not want. They want to control the vote with illegal ballots. in California's last election, it was revealed that people that don't usually vote came to the polls and voted, only to find out that they had already voted. That coupled with the fact that all those people coming across the border don't vote for socialism. Due to the fact that that's the type of government they are fleeing from.
